Welcome to Grazing Spreads. By ordering our charcuterie services or booking an event with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We aim to provide delicious and beautifully curated grazing experiences while ensuring clarity and fairness for all our valued customers.

Grazing Spreads – Terms & Conditions

 


 

1. Orders & Booking

All orders must be placed in advance to guarantee availability. We recommend booking at least 7 days out but no later then 48–72 hours prior to your desired date. Larger events or custom grazing tables may require additional notice.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

 


 

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your date
  • Full payment must be completed prior to delivery or event setup
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your order and forfeiture of your deposit.

 


 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable
  • Cancellations made within a specified timeframe (e.g., 72 hours before your booking) may not be eligible for any refund
  • Rescheduling may be accommodated with sufficient notice and is subject to availability

 


 

4. Changes to Orders

We understand plans can change. Any modifications to your order must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or event.

We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed.

 


 

5. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery is available within our service area and may include an additional fee based on distance.

  • Customers will be provided with a delivery time window
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is present to receive the order
  • If no one is available, Grazing Spreads is not responsible for the condition of the order after delivery

For pickup orders, items must be collected at the agreed time.

 


 

6. Event Setup & Equipment

For grazing tables and event setups:

  • Setup and pack-down times will be agreed upon in advance
  • Clients must provide a suitable space for setup (stable surface, appropriate size, and safe environment)
  • Any hired equipment (boards, stands, knives, décor) remains the property of Grazing Spreads and must be returned in good condition

A refundable security deposit may be required for equipment hire. Damaged or missing items may incur additional charges.

 


 

7. Food Safety & Storage

Our products are freshly prepared and are perishable.

  • Grazing items should be consumed within 2–4 hours of delivery if left at room temperature
  • Refrigeration is required for extended storage
  • Grazing Spreads is not responsible for food quality or safety once items have been delivered and left unattended

 


 

8. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

While we take care in preparing our products, we operate in a kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and meats.

  • Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking
  • We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment
  • Grazing Spreads is not liable for allergic reactions where information has not been disclosed

 


 

9. Product Availability & Substitutions

We strive to provide the highest quality ingredients. However, due to seasonal availability or supply issues, we reserve the right to substitute items with equal or greater value without prior notice.

Presentation may vary slightly from photos shown on our website or social media.

 


 

10. Photography & Marketing

We may photograph our grazing tables, boxes, and setups for promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media platforms.

If you prefer that your order or event not be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to your booking.

 


 

11. Liability

Grazing Spreads is not liable for:

  • Improper handling or storage of food after delivery
  • Allergic reactions where allergens were not disclosed
  • Delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, venue restrictions)

By placing an order or booking with Grazing Spreads, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

What are the most important rules or guidelines when ordering or booking services?

To ensure the best experience, we require a 50% deposit upon booking to secure your date and services. Full payment is due 1 days prior to your event or delivery. All ingredients are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value if necessary. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking; Grazing Spreads is not responsible for allergic reactions due to undisclosed information.

What are Grazing Spreads' responsibilities to the customer?

Grazing Spreads is committed to providing high-quality, fresh ingredients and artistic presentations for all our charcuterie boards, boxes, tables, and mobile cart services. We guarantee timely delivery and professional setup for all booked events in the Central Florida area. Our team adheres to strict food safety guidelines, ensuring all items are prepared and handled with the utmost care. We will communicate clearly and promptly regarding any changes or issues that may arise.

What happens if a customer needs to change or cancel their order or event booking?

Changes to orders or event bookings must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable 50% deposit. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event will forfeit 75% of the total payment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment.
